You let us know what you’re looking for — whether you want to start with something you saw on our site or another site, or want to start from scratch with your own ideas.
We will come up with a plan that fits your lot size and send you a rough draft. Then we’ll work together on your feedback to get the plan just right. This usually involves 2-3 rounds of revisions.
Once the plans are finalized, we will email or mail them to you!

No. Depending on the city, county, and state building requirements, they may need engineering.
We certainly can provide an electrical plan at an additional cost.
We don’t, but suggest your lumber company provide this information.
This varies depending on the location/jurisdiction. We provide a PDF file of the plans for you to print the necessary amount.
